A place of worship dedicated to St John Chrysostom because of the presence of a valuable relic, from the East, of the illustrious Patriarch.
While devotion to this saint has gradually waned, the same cannot be said for the cult of the Madonnina born during the First World War: there are still numerous faithful who turn each year to Our Lady of Graces, and it is no coincidence that the church is known to be the sanctuary dedicated to her.

Erected in the 11th century and completely rebuilt and restructured in the second half of the 15th century on a project by Mauro Codussi who, however, could not see the end of his work as he passed away; the works were completed by his son Domenico in the early sixteenth century.

Inside you can admire works such as the priceless altarpiece by Giovanni Bellini "San Girolamo, San Cristoforo and San Ludovico", the oil canvas commissioned by Caterina Contarini and Nicolò Morosini "San Giovanni Grisostomo" by the artist Sebastiano del Piombo, the work of Tullio Lombardo a bas-relief
