An urban park that preserves part of the ancient walls and the Teralii (or Belfredo) tower of Castelnuovo di Mestre. It combines historical and naturalistic value with monumental Tilia, Magnolia and Ulmus trees in an area of 1,200 square metres. It includes ornamental fountains, a playground and 11th-century medieval remains, including the Lion of St Mark in Istrian stone. A refreshing oasis in the city centre.

A park of great historical importance for the city, thanks to the presence of a section of ancient city walls and a small tower belonging to Castelnuovo di Mestre, now partially incorporated into modern buildings.The tower, called Teralii, Belfredo or di Santa Maria, consisted of a part leaning against the city walls plus another protruding one, defining the exit passage from the town towards the road to Treviso.
