Bianca Tarozzi was born in Bologna in 1941 and moved her residence to Venice in 1976.She was born in Bologna in 1941.She graduated from Ca' Foscari and has taught Anglo-American Literature at the Universities of Venice and Verona.She has translated many English and American poets and edited poetry anthologies of Elizabeth Bishop, Emily Dickinson, A.E. Housman.She is the author of numerous critical essays and two monographs on the novels of Jean Rhys and the sonnets of Robert Lowell, respectively.
