The residence, despite its majestic and essential façade, hides valuable interiors that amaze the visitor; in particular, stucco has been used - for the first time in Venice - as a fundamental decorative element.
Original is the private bridge connecting the palace to the garden.

The Albrizzi family was originally from Bergamo but moved to Venice in the 16th century. The family was famous for the oil trade and for having made their merchant ships available to the Republic for the battles against the Turks. What can be admired today of the Palazzo is the result of a series of transformations that the family put into action from 1648 to 1692, when several lots of this residence were purchased by the Bonomo family.
