You can encounter the Church of San Felice along Strada Nova; the plaster of its façades are damaged by salt and allow a glimpse of the bricks underneath.

It was the religious seat where Clement XII was baptised, and the parish where General Marcantonio Bragadin, known for his painful vicissitudes with the Turks, was born.

It is said that the origin of the church dedicated to San Felice martire is very ancient, around the 10th century, by the hand of the patrician Gallina family, coming from Jesolo or the Treviso area. The first official public act dates back to 1177 and already in 1123 Prospero de Marin started the rebuilding of the building which had collapsed in the meantime. On 15 July 1267 the church was consecrated by the patriarch of Grado Angelo Maltraverso in the presence of some bishops including those of Caorle and Jesolo.
