The theater, located in a small building nestled between the walls, was inaugurated on 10 April 1970, a Friday, and was the first place in Mestre intended for theater only.
The proposed representations and numerous great actors who brought their productions to this stage are original: Benigni, Paolini, the Kabuki Theater, Lella Costa, Sabina Guzzanti are some of the artists who performed at the Murata theater.
