Partendo da un documento eccezionale conservato presso la Biblioteca Marciana, il Zornale del libraio Francesco de Madiis (1484-1488), che rivela gli acquisti giornalieri in una bottega a Rialto, nel corso della conferenza si analizzerà come la stampa abbia modificato le abitudini di acquisto, consumo e conservazione dei libri.
