In June 2020, we introduced a new and improved unified Venipedia Account management system, which offers you more benefits, including your own personal space where you can manage all your data and purchases in Venipedia.
In line with GDPR guidelines and in order to respect your privacy, we have chosen to keep the service active even on accounts created before that date, but without making a forced conversion to the new version, leaving it up to you to decide when to make the conversion.
If you did not receive the communication we sent you at the time, here is how to proceed to switch from the old to the new account:
- Locate the e-mail address where you receive our newsletters;
- Go to the login page to manage your account;
- Register using the same e-mail address where you receive our newsletters;
- The system will take care of synchronising your data;
- Your new account is active.
If, for some reason, you no longer wish to keep your account active or if you need our help, please do not hesitate: write to us and we will be happy to offer you the best possible support.
