Security for us is not just an obligation, it is a priority.

When you start the registration process for your account, as of October 2025 we have introduced an additional security check, which may return some warning messages and, in some cases, temporarily prevent you from completing the operation.

If this is the case with you, this document is a useful reference to help you resolve the issue with our support.

Why we do this:To ensure the security of our systems and your data, the high reliability of sending even important messages, and the correct service. We are also required by law.
What happens during the registration process:Your e-mail, the one you have typed in the input field, is checked in real time to see if it is a valid e-mail, with temporary problems or anything else that might prevent its registration. This is an important process to ensure that our email communications reach you successfully, including resetting your password where necessary.
What we receive during verification:Based on the status of your email we receive three categories of information, namely Valid, Risky, Do not send.
What we do for each status: 
  • Valid, go ahead and create your Venipedia Account.
  • Risky or Do not send, we will inform you with a warning inviting you to check the email address you entered and verify that you have not made any typing errors and, if so, use an alternative one. The registration does not continue until the resolution.
What are the reasons within each status:

Risky

  • The mail is reachable but the system cannot guarantee that the box is real.
  • The mailbox is full and cannot receive any messages.
  • The mailbox is shared with other people.
  • It is not possible to determine whether the mailbox really exists.

Do not send

  • The address is typed with errors.
  • The mailbox does not exist.
  • The mailbox is a temporary mailbox.
  • The mailbox is blocked by the provider due to problems or configuration errors.

If you are using a temporary or purposely non-existent mailbox, we fully understand your privacy needs, but in order to ensure the security of our systems, the high reliability of sending even important messages, and proper service, we need your real mail address, or one of them. We are also required by law.

If your mailbox exists, but is full or subject to other problems, please resolve the issues first and then proceed with registration again.

If you are using a real one, but keep getting warnings from our system, let us know right away and we will do our best to resolve it as soon as possible.
