The palace was built in the second half of the fifteenth century, at the behest of the Bembo family who subsequently worked on its structure until it became the one we currently know.
The place is characterized by the typical flowery Venetian Gothic style, whose façade is divided into three parts by imposing Renaissance stringcourses and has two hexaphores that reflect the manufacture of the loggia of the Doge's Palace, even if they appear profoundly different.
