From the Giardini Reali to the Procuratie Nuove

Starting from the 19th century Royal Gardens, you will discover where the zecchino d'oro was minted and where the term oro zecchino was born, passing under to the majestic columns of St Mark's Square and along the Piazzetta San Marco, towards the Procuratie Nuove. You will get to know both ancient and modern cultural places concealed behind the beautiful facades, and discover where two Egyptian mummies and other Egyptian and Assyrian-Babylonian antiquities are kept.
